Brownie Tasting and Making Class – September

Join one of our experienced bakers at our Soho chocolaterie for our brownie baking workshop and chocolate tasting!

You will learn the secret of baking the perfect fudgey brownie:  ‘The best in London’ – Timeout

You will take home your own freshly baked brownie after experiencing some of our award-winning hand made chocolates and bakes, and have exclusive shopping time.

Time – 6pm to 7.30pm
Location – paul.a.young fine chocolates, 143 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8WA.
5-10 min walk from Oxford Street, Piccadilly and Tottenham Court Road tube stations.
£75 per person.
8 people maximum per class.

We are delighted to offer an Intermediate Chocolate Making class to follow on from our Tasting & Making class or for the more confident chocolate maker.

Join our skilled head chocolatier for a fun and informative 5 hour class focusing your chocolate-making skills on the following:

  • hone in on those marble slab tempering skills
  • moulding, making truffle shells
  • flavoured and inclusion chocolate bars
  • water ganaches and flavour blending
  • decoration techniques
  • flavour pairing
  • guided chocolate tasting
  • Receive a signed copy of Paul’s award winning book Adventures with chocolate.
  • mastering skills in a small group
  • Take home all your chocolates and receive a 10% discount in store on the day.
We will also hold a chocolate tasting training workshop at the end of the class to help you identify all the complexities and flavours in many different origins.
 
This class is designed for anyone who has completed our beginners tasting and making class or who is already familiar with tempering and ganaches.
