We would like to invite you to join our manager Sam and our head chocolatier Michael at our flagship store in Soho for a fun, informative and indulgent evening with an insight into the world of Paul. A. Young fine chocolates on Thursday 19th April from 7-9pm.

The evening will begin with a brief discussion about the business, what we represent and the process of how chocolate is produced from the pod through the bar format we are all accustomed to.

Michael will then demonstrate marble slab tempering, show some of the skills required so you can make your own at home.

You will also have the opportunity to shop with a 10% discount on the evening and a goody bag to take home with you
