All paul.a.young creations are hand made fresh each day in the specially designed chocolate kitchen at our shop using only the finest natural ingredients.

All of the items are currently available to buy from our shop.

We never use artificial flavourings, additives or preservatives.

Keep your chocolates cool, but not in the fridge, and away from heat and strong odours. Enjoy them within seven days of purchase. In very hot weather, keep carefully in the bottom drawer or your fridge, but allow to come to room temperature before enjoying.

Allergy Advice: All our products may contain traces of Nuts, Sesame, Egg Protein, Soya, Gluten, Dairy and Wheat.

1 Kg Bars

Various creations available daily. Paul creates these heavy 1 Kg bars in milk, white and dark chocolate then lets his creative flair loose and the result is such flavours as cranberry and pecan, cocoa nib, prune and macadamia, the ultimate fruit and nut, stem ginger.

for the serious chocolate connoisseur, a chance to experience the intensity and purity of chocolate in its purest form. Fruity, tangy with a slight sourness.
