Be the first to taste our 2018 Christmas collection with a special in store tasting and kitchen demonstration.
We would like to invite you to join our Retail and Kitchen teams at our Flagship store in Soho for a fun, informative and indulgent evening with an insight into the world of Paul.A. Young fine chocolates and our festive chocolates for 2018.
The evening will begin with our Award-Winning hot chocolate followed by a brief presentation by the Retail team about the company that we represent and what makes us so unique in the world of chocolate. We will look at the process of how chocolate is produced from the pod through to the bar format we are all accustomed to – tasting lots of different varieties along the way including some of the finest, rarest and most sought after chocolates in the world!
The Kitchen team will demonstrate marble slab tempering and show some of the skills required to produce our creations and inspire you to make some of your own at home.
You will receive a goody bag of products especially selected by Master Chocolatier Paul A. Young to take home with you.
