We are delighted to offer a Festive Intermediate Chocolate Making class with Paul A. Young, for guests who already have chocolate making skills.
Join us for a 5 hour class focusing on your chocolate-making skills and investigating festive flavours, which will include the following:
- Marble slab tempering
- moulding and shelling
- festive themed water ganache
- festive chocolate bars
- decoration techniques
The day will start with a tutored chocolate tasting, then it is time to get your hands dirty, working with Paul to create your festive treats!
