Christmas past into Christmas present…

This Christmas, Paul A. Young has created a festive seasonal collection that touches on the sweet treats of old. However he has, of course, added a sprinkle of his own Christmas magic to chocolate recipes old and new this December….
 
New items in the collection include an amazing collection of chocolates and truffles, a luxurious Christmas Chocolate Tiffin and a showstopping handcrafted Chocolate Bauble centrepiece, which has been decorated by Paul’s chocolatier elves with a traditional winter wonderland scene and filled with chocolate buttons.
 

The 2017 truffle collection ranges from spins on comforting classics, to the truly boozy. Flavours include Billington’s Burnt Sugar Eggnog, the mysterious “The Cock Tail Chocolate”, Nesselrode (made with Sweet Chestnut, Lemon, Mixed Peel and Vanilla) and a special Christmas Caramel.
 
Other tantalising showstoppers in the shops this year will include Paul's Glen Moray Christmas Pudding Domes, the beautiful dark and milk chocolate Reindeer Bars, which will be flavoured with orange and mandarin essential oils for an elegant twist on everyone’s Christmas favourite, the Chocolate Orange, and a return of the ever-popular Christmas Chocolate Tiffin and Brownie Mince Pies, offering the ultimate Christmas indulgence.
