Exciting news!  Paul will be running a full day enthusiasts course at Leiths Cookery School on 24th October 2013!

Join master chocolatier Paul A. Young at Leiths, for a full day hands-on masterclass in fine chocolate. Learn the secrets to buying the perfect chocolate for its purpose, learn to taste and evaluate the differences between different brands, styles and cocoa contents. Paul will demonstrate the traditional method for tempering chocolate on marble slabs, before teaching the tips and techniques to producing perfect water-based ganaches. You will leave armed with plenty of newfound knowledge on all things cocoa, as well as a handful of chocolates of their own making.

Time – 10am to 4pm
