Spend an indulgent evening with Master chocolatier paul.a.young in his Soho chocolaterie.
Paul will welcome the group and give a brief introduction into paul.a.young, before guiding you through the world of fine chocolate from bean to bar, single origin, single bean varieties and rare unique chocolates. A demonstration of the key skills of marble tempering will then follow. The fun then really begins as you are instructed in the art of making your own chocolate bar, flavoured to your individual tastes, and you also learn to make your very own handmade truffles!

8 people maximum per class.
To book and pay for your place please call our Soho store 020 7437 0011. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class starting. Sensible shoes must be worn, high heels and sandals are strictly not allowed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class; if you do not cancel within this time then you will lose your class payment. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
