To celebrate Chocolate Week, and following on from his great class at Paradise’s School of Grub in June, Paul is once again joining forces with The Paradise to host another great evening of fine chocolate!
Join us to taste some of Paul’s most creative products including roasted cocoa beans, his new Marmite brownie, a bourbon and chocolate pairing, Pizza Pilgrims margherita truffle and Paul’s multi award winning sea salted caramel. Paul will demonstrate how to create an authentic water-based hot chocolate for you to try and will also be answering any chocolate related questions.
Paul promises an evening of fun, laughter, indulgence and of course chocolate in generous quantities! Tickets are £49.00 each and include a signed copy of Paul’s award winning chocolate book ’Adventures with Chocolate’.
