Everything you need to discover about fine chocolate with one of the world’s leading chocolatiers from bean to bar, single origin, single bean varieties and rare unique chocolates.
Our experienced hosts will give an introduction to the world of fine chocolates and what we do and how we do it. Some secrets will be shared with you. We discuss the different varieties of beans and how they are made in to chocolate as we know it today. Includes a show stopping demonstration of marble top tempering – the essential skill to making world class chocolates.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class; if you do not cancel within this time then you will lose your class payment. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
