We love having our customers join us in our production kitchens so now, due to popular demand, we are delighted to announce the release of some new Paul A. Young classes for the remainder of 2013!
Our brand new range of specialist classes focus on three distinct skills every chocolatier must have – ganache-making, baking and a very special class focusing on Paul’s multi-award winning Sea Salted Caramel. Paul will be hosting the first of these classes himself, so please do sign up early to avoid disappointment!
We have also released dates for our new ‘Adventures with Chocolate’ class in our Islington kitchen – this class involves making three delicious recipes from Paul’s book ‘Adventures with Chocolate’. Places are limited for this class, and all places must reserved in advance.
