Learn the secrets of making the perfect chocolate tart from one of Paul A. Young’s Head Chocolatiers.
This class includes a brief insight and tasting of the varieties of chocolate used for baking, before you have the opportunity to practice filling your very own tart led by one of our industry experts. You will of course get to take your tart home to enjoy!

£60 per person.
8 people maximum per class.
To reserve your place pop into a store or call our Soho branch on 020 7437 0011. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class; if you do not cancel within this time then you will lose your class payment. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
