Cleo Rocos and paul.a.young bring fine tequila and fine chocolate together for one night only at the gloriously glamorous Central and Co!
We invite you to join Aqua Riva tequila queen Cleo Rocos and fine chocolate king paul.a.young for an evening of tasting, pairing and discovery.
You will be guided, encouraged and drawn into the intoxicating world of fine tequila, how it’s made, how to taste it and Cleo will rid you of all those tequila preconceptions. No more worms, salt and lime to hide the nasty taste of cheap tequila imitations.
Paul will then draw you in to a world of fine chocolate from the bean to the bar, truffles and a cocoa bean infused tequila along with the launch of the new Guavarita truffle, a truffle inspired by Cleo’s cocktail recipe for a Guavua and Tequila Margarita.
The evening will begin at 7pm with an Aqua Riva aperitif before Cleo and Paul seduce you with their unique style and substance. Both Paul and Cleo will be selling signed copies of their books and the Guavarita truffle will be on sale to take home at the end of the evening.
This promises to be the most entertaining and sensory stimulating evening of Chocolate Week 2013!
