Join our Head Chocolatier on this exclusive class as they share with you the secret skills of chocolate making.
The class will start with a refresher introduction into Paul A. Young fine chocolates, the chocolate we use & how we use it. Our Head Chocolatier will then personally guide you in making three recipes from ‘Adventures with Chocolate’, Paul’s award-winning book, including one cocktail, one baked tart and one of Paul’s innovative truffles. During this class you will learn marble tempering, as well as how to make your own ganache and truffle shell.
This class is a hands-on experience therefore you may get a bit messy. All the recipes you make will be enjoyed during the class!

4 people maximum per class.

Sensible shoes must be worn, high heels and sandals are strictly not allowed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class; if you do not cancel within this time then you will lose your class payment. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
