A unique opportunity to learn how to make Sea Salted Caramel from Paul A. Young, the winner of the World’s Best Sea Salted Caramel at the International Chocolate Awards 2012.
For the first in a series of new specialist classes, join Paul as he teaches you how to make his multi-award winning Sea Salted Caramel. Paul will give an enthusiastic introduction & demonstration into his wonderful world of chocolate, before you have the opportunity to make your very own Sea Salted Caramel!

£75 per person.
8 people maximum per class.
To reserve your place pop into a store or call our Soho branch on 020 7437 0011. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class; if you do not cancel within this time then you will lose your class payment. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
