We are thrilled to announce that paul.a.young brownies are flying off the shelves in Fortnum and Mason.
Paul has created two exclusive recipes only available at Fortnum and Mason – they aren’t even available in our own shops.
New Rose and Raspberry brownie with its vibrant raspberry reduction and floral rose essential oil and Sichuan flower pepper, stem ginger and chilli. Two of our favourite brownies will also be available – our famous classic fudge brownie and salted caramel and cocoa nib.
With demonstrations, tastings and book signings being planned at Fortnums, we hope to see you in store for some very indulgent events.
