We are thrilled to announce that paul.a.young brownies are flying off the shelves in Fortnum and Mason with a new brownie.
Paul has created two exclusive recipes only available at Fortnum and Mason, not even in our shops.
New Rose and raspberry brownie with its vibrant raspberry reduction and floral rose essential oil and Sichuan flower pepper, stem ginger and chilli for warming anyone’s cold autumn evening.
Two of our favourite recipe brownies will also be available our famous classic fudge brownie and slated caramel and cocoa nib.
With demonstrations, tastings and book signings being planning at Fortnums we hope to see you in store for some very indulgent events.
