Patriotic Britain is my inspiration for this year’s 2012 Easter collection, vibrant splashes of red, white and blue over a variety of different sized and thick chocolate eggs. Back again, by popular demand, is my sea-salted-caramel-filled chocolate egg with egg cup and spoon. This year it’s been awarded Best Fancy Pants Egg by Delicious Magazine (April 2012 issue).
