Paul will be opening up his flagship store chocolate kitchen during the summer months this year, with exciting hands-on chocolate making classes and chocolate tastings. You’ll learn about the origins of chocolate and how to taste it, before rolling up your sleeves to do some marble-slab tempering. Then you’ll be making perfect ganache and creating beautiful chocolates to take home.
