We would like to invite you to spend the evening with Master chocolatier paul.a.young in our flagship store in Soho for a fun, informative and indulgent evening with an insight into the world of Paul. A. Young fine chocolates on Thursday 19th July from 7-9pm.
The evening will begin with a brief discussion about the business, what we represent and the process of how chocolate is produced from the pod through the bar format we are all accustomed to.
A vertical chocolate tasting will guide you through some exciting and mouthwatering varieties of rare, single origin, blends, raw chocolate and the very intoxicating 100% Liquor.
Paul will share some of his trade secrets with you and give you all the information you will need to be able to select and buy the finest chocolate available.
Paul will then demonstrate marble slab tempering the impressive and vital skill in creating fine chocolates.
Finally you will have the opportunity to taste our famous sea salted caramel which has just been named as the best Caramel in the International chocolate awards 2012.
You will also have the opportunity to browse the shop with a 10% discount on the evening.
